TWO

Ira turned the big 2 on Monday.  How is it possible that we have a two year old?  He is such a sweet boy and has grown so much in the last couple of months.  He is talking like crazy and has adjusted so well to having a little brother.

This boy loves nothing more than playing basketball.  He honestly plays for a couple hours each day and is shockingly good.  Best investment ever-little tikes basketball hoop.
This is a bad picture of his clock birthday party.  When he's not talking about basketball he is talking about clocks.  Weird obsession.  Not sure where he got it.  All he wanted for his birthday was an orange clock.  He carries it everywhere.

He loves his little brother.  When we go get Ira from his nap he always asks me to put Asher in bed with him.  A little scary but so sweet.
Oh, we love this handsome boy.

Asher Hinckley Moore

Asher Hinckley Moore was born Friday night.  He is so handsome and weighed 7lbs 13 ounces and is 20 inches long.  I was very lucky, my labor went really fast and was pretty easy.  We are so tired but feel so lucky to have this new little baby in our lives.  Ira is doing really well with the change and I am so glad.  That definitely was what I was most worried about.

It's a...

BOY!!!!!

I am so excited to be having another boy.  For some reason I feel more confident knowing it's a boy.  I have already gotten through a year and a half with sweet Ira and I know I can do it again.

This little boy is going to be a great big brother.

I'm Baaack

After my three month break I am back!  What's happened in the last three months?  A lot.  But the main thing is this not-so-little baby started walking.  I swear one day it just clicked.  He lost his fear and gained some self-confidence and now we have a true toddler.

Birthday, Easter Bunny, and House

Seriously, how has it already been a year since we had Ira?!?!  How time flies.  To celebrate Ira's first year we had some of our friends over for cake.  We miss our families so much but are so lucky to have such great friends.
Since I still haven't posted pictures of our new house you can catch a glimpse of it in these photos.

This morning we took Ira to an Easter Egg hunt where Ira learned he hates the Easter Bunny but loves hot dogs.

Snippity Crickits

As you can see from the last post Ira's hair was getting out of control.  As hard as it was for me to admit it, it was time for a haircut.  We decided on a place in the city called Snippity Crickits.  The name was cute, the neighborhood was cuter, but the inside was scary.  We sat Ira down on the baby chair and after a few snips the 'stylist' declared she was done.  Ira's hair looked the same; still long.  After we somehow communicated that Ira was in fact a boy she plopped Ira on my lap, put a cape on both of us and finished the cut.  Ira forgot all the trauma thanks to his first dum dum sucker.
